9159 for both Routing and Switching and Security, CISSP, is one of the lead engineers in High Touch Technical Support (HTTS) based in San Jose, California, where he has been working as a senior Security/VPN support engineer for the last two years. In his current role, he is
involved in troubleshooting Security/VPN issues in some of the biggest and most critical networks in the industry around the world. Before joining HTTS, Mynul was a senior support engineer in Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) bases in San Jose, CA, for three years. Mynul routinely provides
escalation support to his immediate team and other security support teams within Cisco, provides training and boot camps, and answers customer questions on the Networking Professionals Connection e-community. Along with this, he writes and reviews Cisco.com docs, constantly maintains,updates, and presents training materials for Security/VPN Boot Camp for internal CA organization and the Premium Partner. His areas of expertise are configuring and troubleshooting all forms of Security/VPN technologies such as AAA, IPS, Firewall, and VPN. Mynul holds a bachelor's
degree in chemical engineering from the University of SouthAlabama, and a master's in Computer Science from the University of Alabama. Before joining Cisco Systems, Mynul worked as an Internet consultant at American Computer Consultants, where he was responsible for designing and implementing the E-Commerce site architecture, and network security architecture. Among other exciting things,he is also currently reviewing and understanding the source code for Firewall and AAA technologies, which is giving him an edge in understanding the security technologies in depth
and providing the very best customer support. Mynul has eight years of experience
altogether in the IT industry
